Дело в том, что на серв мой могу войти тока я сам, а остальным пишет , что у них якобы проблема в подключении ( establishing network connection ) и не заходиться соответсвенно !!( П-О-М-О-Г-И-Т-Е!

Вот что у меня высветилось в консоли, когда я зашел:

в этом в этом, брандмауэр выключить попробуй и антивирус, и проверь наличие модема :D

Нет !! мой серв живет уже год!)) и вот перваЯ наиболее серьезная проблема, котроую у меня решить не получается! В итоге обращаюсь к вам!

ладно, ладно... Попробуй запустить сервер с другим портом(например 27016). Попробуй перезагрузить машину(если это реально), на которой стоит сервер.

Brute, получилось с 27016 портом!!! но хост-имя сервака работает тока на 27015!! как на 27016 зарегать?!
Да у меня динамический IP поэтому использую прогу dynDNS!! - мож слышали ...))

значит порт 27015 занят другим приложением? скорее всего сервер уже запущен, и ещё: если сначало запустить клиент, свернуть его и попытаться запустить дедикат сервер, то результат будет таким как у тебя сейчас. Поэтому сначала нужно запускать дедикат сервер. ЗЫ у меня в таких ситуациях сервер просто не запускается(выскакивает информация о ошибке).

чтобы небыло этой проблемы можно в строке запуска игры прописать +port 27017
и тогда запускай в каком угодно порядке.

Ребят!! все получается - я могу зайти .. но есть большое НО!!! - Остальные не могут ... типа сервак не включен .. хотя он работает и я там ..

WSAENOTSOCK - это ошибка сети.

тут написано, что это вообще ошибка программирования, может проявить себя сразу после компиляции по, а может и не проявить(что ещё страшнее)
Думаю стоит задуматься над обновлением. Кстати вот список обновлений(взят из стим "новости обновлений КС 1.6")

A Counter-Strike update and a game engine update have just been released. Server admins who have difficulty with the HLDS update tool can get the new dedicated server updates here.

Here's a list of the changes included in the update.

COUNTER-STRIKE:

Fixed bug where shield would be invisible if a player picked the shield up immediately after throwing a grenade.

The round timer is now disabled when the bomb is planted.

The winning defensive team now gets the same amount of money whether they win by round timeout or not ($3250 instead of $2000)

Players on the offensive team who survive the round due to a round timeout no longer receive money the next round.

The Terrorists get an additional $800 per player if they plant the bomb but lose the round.

Fixed exploit where when a player died they could sometimes join the other team during the same round.

ENGINE:

Fixed custom decals not being downloaded from the server correctly.

Fixed custom decals drawing incorrectly for the host of a listen server after another player joins.

Fixed vgui textures being corrupted after going over a number of level changes.

Fixed problem where player would be sometimes be forced to look straight up after task switching in and out of game in fullscreen d3d mode.

Fixed problem in sound system where it wouldn’t properly be shutdown at the end of a .wav file.

Fixed banner picture not working correctly in HLTV.

VGUI:

Changed the way that Asian fonts are displayed in game for compatibility on more platforms.

Optimized VGUI to use less system resources when running on the desktop.

GAMEUI:

[-]December 31, 2003 - Game Maintenance Updates This Week

A few small updates to Steam games are being released this week. These updates only affect players who run Steam games in languages other than English. Later today, an update will be released for non-English versions of Counter-Strike and Day of Defeat. No changes to the games are included, this is a maintenance release only.

An update for all Steam games has just been released. As always, Steam will update your games automatically -- you don't need to take any special action.

Dedicated server admins can get the update normally via the HLDS update tool, or the dedicated server update can be downloaded directly from this page.

Here's a complete list of the changes:

ALL GAMES:

Fixed problem in Direct3D mode where the game would be unavailable for some users. Direct3D mode should work now, but note that OpenGL will provide a better play experience if your video card is capable

Fixed regression that was causing the 'load failed' crash to happen on level change

Optimized some of the particle drawing code

For mod makers - debugging mods no longer requires the steam.dll to be copied into the game directory

DAY OF DEFEAT

Added client side env_models for static prop type models

Random class now abides by class limits

No random class in clan matches

Added exit decal on gunshots

Restored door opening behavior to original style ( face the door and it opens away from you, face away and it opens towards you )

Fixed sniper rifle lowering when a sniper moved, even though he was still scoped

Fixed a bug where you would drop your weapon, pick it back up and it would have less ammo

Re-added weapon names to console death messages ( bob killed fred with garand )

Added "teamkill" text to the console death messages ( bob teamkilled chuck with kar )

Fixed being able to jumpshoot if the minimap was open fullscreen

Fixed a cut off label in scoreboard

Now cannot +use grenades while deployed

"hud_draw 0" now hides the spectator bar

Fixed player animation being 90 degrees off on mg sandbag deploy

Fixed spectator angles on minimap player icons

Fixed strange health numbers drawing in the spec bar

Fixed gunshot decal on subsequent bullet hits

Added control point name to log file cap messages

Fixed hud reset on stop demo recording

Fixed ammo on mg42 and 30cal view model not showing above 8 bullets

Fixed player models jittering because of animation blend

Fixed an evil evil hack that stopped the player from shooting when their mg42 overheated

Fixed some more empty cells in the scoreboard showing up as squares

DOD HLTV

Fixed client env_models drawing

Fixed brit sleeves

Draw objective icons on hud and in minimap

Draw grenades on the minimap for both teams

Fixed teams and playerclass in the scoreboard

Added timeleft and number of hltv spectators to the spec bar

Fixed weather effects not drawing

No vgui menus in hltv spec

COUNTER-STRIKE:

Fixed shield exploit that involved dropping a weapon and buying a pistol in a specific order; you must restart your dedicated server to pick up this change

TEAM FORTRESS CLASSIC:

Fixed icon for ALT-TAB menu and window title bar not being displayed properly

Moved flaginfo to the chat text area so it will work properly

[-]November 26, 2003 - Counter-strike (and Other Games) Update Released

An update as just been released, including a few changes to Counter-Strike and minor changes to the other Steam games

Counter-Strike dedicated server admins please note that this update requires your servers to restart. This can be done normally via the HLDS update tool, or the dedicated server update can be downloaded directly from this page. Also, if you run Metamod, you must download the new version or your server will crash.

COUNTER-STRIKE CHANGES:

Improved damage and accuracy of sg550 and g3sg1 sniper rifles

Added small shadow underneath player

Added autobuy and rebuy functionality to buy menus

ALL GAMES:

Added extra progress indicators for downloading & initializing VAC security modules

Removed 'cmd dlfile' console command from being accessed directly from the console

Fixed servers not being in world list if they specified a region on startup

[-]October 10, 2003 - Counter-strike And Team Fortress Classic Updates Released

Updates for Counter-Strike and Team Fortress Classic have just been released through Steam. These are server updates, so once admins have restarted their servers the update will take effect. Here is what's included:

Team Fortress Classic

fixed teleporter crash

fixed spectator crash

Counter-Strike

fixed shield not resetting player max speed when dropped

fixed being able to throw shield through walls if close enough

fixed dropping shield while reloading pistol causing the reload to happen faster

fixed case where shield could become invisible to other users

fixed typos in de_aztec and de_airstrip map descriptions

[-]September 25, 2003 - Counter-strike Update Released

The Counter-Strike update mentioned below has been released. This update is primarily for dedicated servers. The update requires a server restart, and will take effect as soon as the admin runs the stand-alone (HLDS) update tool.

[-]September 15, 2003 - Status Update: New Installers To Be Released Tomorrow

Well, the release process last week and over the weekend was pretty rocky. The community managed to get 500,000 accounts created and are currently seeing about 15,000 people playing Counter-Strike 1.6 at any given time. We know that the conversion process has been anything but smooth for many of our users. We're going to get this fixed. We've done our best to support the Half-Life community over the past 5 years, and we're still committed to doing whatever it takes to make the community happy. We've listened to the response, and we'll be repairing the problems with Steam until it performs the way we all want it to.

Tomorrow we will release new installers which include the cache files for all of the games available via Steam (Day of Defeat, Team Fortress Classic, the dedicated server, etc). If you haven't already done so, please use the installer that includes Counter-Strike and Half-Life.

Here's what's going on at Steam HQ:

We ran into some pretty serious bandwidth and server limitations after the release last week, which has caused several other problems like long wait times and UI unresponsiveness. The load is starting to die down now and we're getting more content servers lined up, so these problems are becoming less frequent. As more people begin using the new installers which include the game caches, their experience using Steam will improve greatly. If you're having problems connecting to Steam or launching Counter-Strike, please download the latest version of the installer and give it a try.

Some other Steam problems -- "JIT" error messages, expired ticket errors, etc -- will be fixed with a Steam update this week.

Other stuff:

Counter-Strike 1.5 is still available, and will be for a couple of weeks. After we're confident that the Steam authentication servers are functioning as they should (and not before), we'll be turning off the WON servers and migrating everyone over to the new system.

There have been some reports of the Conversion Wizard failing during account creation. If this happens for you, please try downloading and installing the most recent version of the Steam client from one of the mirrors listed on this site.

We're preparing a new installer on CD for cyber-cafe owners. Contact biz@steampowered.com if you're interested in receiving this.

We've heard from several people who are having trouble getting their MODs working with Steam. We've updated our FAQ with new information about this. Check it out and then email us if you're still having trouble.
